Line-Following Robot PCB

4-Layer PCB 7 Optical Sensors + IMU Altium Designer

Systems Designer for the 2026 Bright Electronics Manufacturing Challenge. Designed a 4-layer PCB for a line-following robot, integrating 7 optical sensors, an accelerometer, and connections for two encoders, then delivered the full manufacturing package — Gerbers, pick-and-place, fabrication data, a BOM, and assembly drawings. Worked in a multidisciplinary team of 5 engineers and programmers, finishing 4th out of 31 teams in the first round.

RC Plane and Controller PCBs

KiCad RF Embedded Systems

Designed a 4-layer PCB for a micro-scale RC plane project, including an ATtiny processor, radio receiver, gyroscope, and dual motor drivers all in a 45 x 25mm board. Also designed an accompanying controller using an Arduino Nano, radio transmitter, and hall-effect joysticks, inspired by an SNES controller.

Standalone Weather Station

Fusion 360 Rain Gauge Electronics Teamwork

Contributed to a 15-person interdisciplinary team building a standalone weather station, modeling mechanical parts in Fusion 360 and soldering the electronics for the rain gauge subsystem. Managed the project's financial administration — leading and organizing fundraising efforts and holding project funds — while communicating progress to superiors through professional slide decks and written reports.

Hiking Trail Observation Deck

Structural Design Led 20+ Volunteers Eagle Scout

Identified a gap in local trail infrastructure and worked with the town government to find a solution. Designed and built a 9×9' observation deck on a public hiking trail, leading a group of 20+ volunteers from planning through construction — the capstone project that earned the Eagle Scout award.
